Nothing is billed until the proposal is signed, and the proposal is the last document that changes shape.

Both partners, same morning. If it is not for us we say so and suggest someone better placed.

Day 02

A real answer with a question or two, not a calendar link and a template.

Week 01

A call with the partner who would lead it. Bring the person who decides.

Week 02

Scope, fee and dates in writing. We hold the slot for fourteen days.

Yes. A two-week sprint at $18k is the smallest shape we run, and it is a real piece of work rather than a trial.

Two slots are open for Q4 2026. Retainers can usually start within a month.

Write anyway. Half our projects start as one thing and are scoped as another after the first call.
